TERMS AND CONDICTIONS

VAT & TAXES
All rates indicated in the manual are expressed in €,
inclusive of VAT and local taxes. Any change in VAT will
be advised and passed on. Rates do not include tips to
drivers or guides which are left at client's discretion.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF
BOOKINGS (unless expressly stated, each service makes reference to the "Cancellation Policy" at the top of that web page)

There will be no charge for cancellation or modification of
a service up to 48 working hours prior the start of the
services, unless different advice. No show or reduced
service will be charged in full. No refund will be payable
for any partial or unused service

PRIVATE TRANSFER CONDITIONS
Included in our rates is 1 hour waiting time at the airport.
After this, transfers are considered as a no show except in exceptional circumstances. Flight delays, changes or cancellation should be communicated in advance as soon as the clients are informed to enable us to change or cancel the transfer without penalty. We cannot guarantee that a new transfer will be possible or that any penalties can be waived

MISSED FLIGHT CONNECTION
TaxiServiceSorrento will not be responsible for any missed
connections due to flight delays or cancellation and the
scheduled transfer service booked will be charged in full if
the vehicles are already at the airport or en route. Clients
requesting a second transfer will be informed of the
additional costs and will be charged accordingly.

INVOLUNTARY DETOURS
If any involuntary detour is necessary on account or
adverse weather, strikes, industrial dispute or other unusual
conditions, the additional expense will be at client's charge

CHILD SEAT
In Italy by law infants up to 9 months (or 9 kilos in weight;
must occupy a baby seat and children over 9 months but
under 4 years old (between 9-18 kilos) must travel in
secured child seats on the back seats.
Supplement for baby seats are € 20 per transfer. Baby and
child seats must be booked in advance.

PETROL SURCHARGE
TaxiServiceSorrento reserved the right to adjust rates at any time
in the event of an increase in petrol and the increase will be
apply only to new requests.

LOST LUGGAGE & DELAYED LUGGAGE
COLLECTION

TaxiServiceSorrento cannot be held responsible for any missed
transfer service due to events such a lost luggage, delayed
luggage collection. Client must inform immediately the
driver to avoid missing the service which will be regularly
billed.

VOLUNTARY DETOUR & STOP EN ROUTE
Please ask for a quote and pre-book in advance any
"voluntary detour & stop en route"

PREPAYMENT
Full prepayment is required 1 week prior the service, unless otherwise communicated

TAXI SERVICES - TERMS AND CONDICTIONS

Each type of service provided by "Taxi 29 Sorrento" is regulated by the current regulations in force in Italy regarding "NON-LINE PUBLIC SERVICES" as well as by the current provisions of the Municipality of Sorrento, where this service is provided and made available.
The prices are established by the so-called TAXIMETER and any type of negotiation with customers takes place at the express will of the same and under their own legal and criminal responsibility. ALL PRICES MUST BE ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF WHAT REPORTED ON THE TAXIMETER, AS ESTABLISHED BY ITALIAN LAW.

Any requests for reimbursement (with consequent request for damages) by our consumers, received through any means of communication, deriving from inefficiencies, delays, booking errors (of the customers themselves and / or operators in the sector not directly connected to us as drivers of NCC or similar) and malfunctions of any kind caused by our business partners, will be declined or otherwise forwarded to their respective recipients and consequently rejected by this website. While for inefficiencies, errors and similar directly caused by Goldentours Int. s.r.l  and / or Taxi 29 Sorrento we undertake to provide for the resolution of the same in any available way and to compensate for charges / taxes suffered by our customers.

In any case, we offer advice and assistance to all our consumers and / or customers FREE of charge and 24/7, at no additional cost (apart from any costs for external calls and based on the tariff plan of individual customers).

Each service provided will be provided with a regular tax receipt.
As regards "Goldentours Int." as a "tour operator" and supplier of all "travel and reservations" services, unless otherwise agreed with customers and according to their needs.
On the other hand, for the services provided by "Taxi 29 Sorrento", as required by the regulations currently in force in Italy, a paper receipt will be delivered upon request of the customers, bearing the amount of the ride used and the price of which will be displayed on the taximeter mounted in car, or alternatively, upon prior request, a FISCAL receipt will be delivered for use only with distances greater than 50 kilometers as required by Italian law.
Also for payments with "contactless" system and payments by credit card or in any case of digital type, the receipt will be provided through the services made available by the company "Sumup" where Taxi 29 Sorrento supplies itself for the digital payment service. or by card, then by means of a digital message (SMS) or by email of the user customer.
